Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

The short version

14 days, no questions asked — unless your certificate has already been issued.

Read Module 1 first

Module 1 is free and open to everyone, with no account and no card. It is a full module, not a teaser. We would rather you read it and decide the course is not for you than buy it and be disappointed.

Your right to a refund

You may request a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. You do not need to give a reason. We will confirm by email and process the refund to your original payment method, normally within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days more to appear.

Your access ends when the refund is issued.

The one exception

The 14-day right does not apply once your certificate has been issued — that is, once you have completed all fifteen modules and passed the final assessment.

At that point you have received the whole of what you purchased, and the purchase is final. This is the only exception, and it is why the certificate is issued at the end rather than at the start.

After 14 days

We are not obliged to refund after 14 days. If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, the Service was unavailable to you, or something else went badly — write to us anyway. We would rather hear about it and put it right.

Your statutory rights

We apply this policy to every customer, wherever they live. It does not limit any mandatory right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within 14 days. The policy above gives you that period in full.

Duplicate or unrecognised charges

If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us before raising it with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster, and a chargeback locks the payment for weeks while it is investigated. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement under a name identifying good-trials.
